Order Timeline

Orders ship within three to five business days, with most orders shipped sooner. We will always contact you if your order will be delayed for any reason.

MossWood Creek ships through United States Postal Service.

Shipping Cost

We use USPS weight base shipping rates and offer free shipping for orders $75 and over.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, please let us know if you are not satisfied for any reason. We want your skin to love your new products.
